2. Data collected

We collect the following data through the waitlist sign-up form:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Number of sites to connect (optional)

No tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools are used on this site.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Your data is collected for the sole purpose of adding you to the Rankora waitlist and contacting you when the service launches.

The legal basis for this processing is your consent (art. 6.1.a of the GDPR), given explicitly when submitting the form.

4. Retention period

Your data is kept until Rankora launches, or until you request its deletion, and for a maximum of 3 years from collection.

5. Data recipients

Your data is stored in a Notion database (Notion Labs Inc., San Francisco, CA, United States), used as an internal management tool. Notion is GDPR-compliant through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

Your data is neither sold nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

6. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access — obtain a copy of your data
• Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — request the deletion of your data
• Right to object — object to the processing
• Right to portability — receive your data in a readable format
• Right to withdraw your consent at any time

7. Cookies

This site uses no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. No cookie consent banner is therefore required.

8. Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. HTTP security headers (Content-Security-Policy, X-Frame-Options, etc.) are in place to protect your data in transit.
